3. Bookings and Appointments

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

After-hours, weekend, or bank holiday callouts may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a callout or cancellation fee to cover operational costs.

Refunds will only be issued if:

We are unable to deliver the scheduled service due to our own fault.


7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care in delivering professional services, 24 Hour Mobile Tyres Luton will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or
  • Loss of use, income, or data resulting from our services.

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided, as permitted by UK consumer law.

All new tyres supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
We do not provide warranties on used tyres or repairs unless otherwise stated.
