Absolutely fantastic service. I had a flat tyre and was given this company’s card by the AA, so I called at around 6:45 pm to explain what I needed.

He gave me the option of coming out that evening or the following morning. As I’m a teacher and needed my car ready for work the next day, I asked if he could come that evening. He offered 8:30 pm, which worked perfectly for me. I also explained that I had to leave the car parked on the road because my house doesn’t have a parking space, and he immediately reassured me that this wasn’t a problem.

He actually arrived around 8:20 pm, replaced two tyres, and took the old tyres away with him. The whole process was straightforward and professional, and I was safely back on the road that evening.

What really stood out to me, though, was how kind, patient, and reassuring he was. I’m originally from Texas and am still getting used to how things work in the UK, especially when it comes to what you’re supposed to do when something goes wrong with your car. I had quite a few questions about what the protocol was in an emergency situation, and he took the time to answer every single one with genuine compassion and empathy. He never made me feel silly for asking questions, and that meant a lot when I was already stressed about having a flat tyre.

It’s one thing to provide a service; it’s another to make someone feel genuinely looked after when they’re stranded and unsure of what to do. He did exactly that.

The communication, flexibility, professionalism, and kindness were all excellent. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend them to anyone who needs mobile or emergency tyre assistance.

They're designed to get you off the road, not to keep driving on. Once you're parked safely, call us and we'll fit a proper tyre where you are.

The tyre keeps going flat but I can't see a nail. What could it be?

It isn't always a nail. A leaking valve, corrosion on the rim where the tyre seals against the wheel, or damage from a kerb or pothole can all let air out slowly. We take the tyre off the wheel and check it properly, so we find the real cause rather than guessing.

Is it safe to keep topping up a slow puncture?

No. Driving on an under-inflated tyre builds heat and damages it from the inside, and a tyre that could have been repaired often can't be by the time it's been driven on for a few days. Get it looked at while it's still repairable.
