Absolutely fantastic service. I had a flat tyre and was given this company’s card by the AA, so I called at around 6:45 pm to explain what I needed.

He gave me the option of coming out that evening or the following morning. As I’m a teacher and needed my car ready for work the next day, I asked if he could come that evening. He offered 8:30 pm, which worked perfectly for me. I also explained that I had to leave the car parked on the road because my house doesn’t have a parking space, and he immediately reassured me that this wasn’t a problem.

He actually arrived around 8:20 pm, replaced two tyres, and took the old tyres away with him. The whole process was straightforward and professional, and I was safely back on the road that evening.

What really stood out to me, though, was how kind, patient, and reassuring he was. I’m originally from Texas and am still getting used to how things work in the UK, especially when it comes to what you’re supposed to do when something goes wrong with your car. I had quite a few questions about what the protocol was in an emergency situation, and he took the time to answer every single one with genuine compassion and empathy. He never made me feel silly for asking questions, and that meant a lot when I was already stressed about having a flat tyre.

It’s one thing to provide a service; it’s another to make someone feel genuinely looked after when they’re stranded and unsure of what to do. He did exactly that.

The communication, flexibility, professionalism, and kindness were all excellent. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend them to anyone who needs mobile or emergency tyre assistance.

Do you cover all of Dunstable and the villages around it?

Can my puncture be repaired, or do I need a new tyre?

We repair tyres to British Standard BS AU 159. A puncture can usually be repaired if the damage is in the central part of the tread, the hole is no bigger than 6 mm, and the tyre hasn't been driven on while flat. Damage to the sidewall or shoulder can't be safely repaired.

If your tyre can't be repaired, we can fit a new one on the spot. We carry economy, mid-range and premium tyres.

I've got a flat on the M1 near Dunstable. What should I do?

Get safe first. Following Highway Code advice, pull onto the hard shoulder or into an emergency area and switch on your hazard lights. If it's safe to, leave the vehicle by the left-hand doors and wait behind the safety barrier, well away from traffic.

If you can't get out safely, stay in the vehicle with your seatbelt on and call 999. Once you're safe, call us on 07577 473553 and tell us exactly where you are.
