Absolutely fantastic service. I had a flat tyre and was given this company’s card by the AA, so I called at around 6:45 pm to explain what I needed.

He gave me the option of coming out that evening or the following morning. As I’m a teacher and needed my car ready for work the next day, I asked if he could come that evening. He offered 8:30 pm, which worked perfectly for me. I also explained that I had to leave the car parked on the road because my house doesn’t have a parking space, and he immediately reassured me that this wasn’t a problem.

He actually arrived around 8:20 pm, replaced two tyres, and took the old tyres away with him. The whole process was straightforward and professional, and I was safely back on the road that evening.

What really stood out to me, though, was how kind, patient, and reassuring he was. I’m originally from Texas and am still getting used to how things work in the UK, especially when it comes to what you’re supposed to do when something goes wrong with your car. I had quite a few questions about what the protocol was in an emergency situation, and he took the time to answer every single one with genuine compassion and empathy. He never made me feel silly for asking questions, and that meant a lot when I was already stressed about having a flat tyre.

It’s one thing to provide a service; it’s another to make someone feel genuinely looked after when they’re stranded and unsure of what to do. He did exactly that.

The communication, flexibility, professionalism, and kindness were all excellent. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend them to anyone who needs mobile or emergency tyre assistance.

One tyre is worn out. Should I replace both on that axle?

Not always, but tyres on the same axle should match in size, type and roughly in tread depth. The legal minimum in the UK is 1.6 mm across the central three quarters of the tread, all the way round. Where only one tyre needs replacing, the usual advice is to put the newer pair on the rear axle for stability. We'll check all four and tell you honestly what needs doing.
